We are looking to hire a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient therapy for individuals, families, and groups. This role focuses on evaluating, treating, and preventing emotional and mental health disorders to support patient well-being and social adjustment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough initial mental health assessments and document findings
- Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy sessions
- Develop and implement patient-specific, evidence-based interventions
- Ensure timely documentation of all therapeutic interactions
- Utilize community resources to support patient reintegration and adjustment
Practice Info:
- Primarily focus on adults: option to see pediatric and adolescent patients if preferred
- Monday - Friday clinic hours: 4.5 day workweek with flexible scheduling options
- No call requirements
- Will provide in-person and telehealth services onsite
- Applicants with interest or training in the following preferred:
- DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)
- CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia)
- SST (Single Session Therapy)
- BSFT (Brief Solution Focused Therapy)
- Experience with treating eating disorders, the elderly, and children/adolescents

- Anticipated Base Compensation Range: $60,000 - $90,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- Active LCSW or LCPC in the state of Illinois: will consider fully licensed Therapists in other states that are eligible for IL LCPC or LCSW
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health therapy preferred
- Must meet continuing education requirements as defined by licensure
- Strong understanding of psychosocial development, behavior, and environmental stress factors
