We’re seeking a passionate and patient-centered Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT or DPT) to join our supportive, collaborative team. - Specialized Pediatric Focus — You ll assess, treat, and manage the physical needs and development of infants, children, and adolescents
—helping to improve their mobility, strength, coordination, and overall function. Our pediatric caseload is dynamic and deeply rewarding. - Collaborative, Team-Based Approach — You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals. —ensuring each child receives comprehensive, integrated care. - Flexible Scheduling with After-School Appointment Requirements — We support work-life balance while ensuring our school-aged patients have access to care during high-demand times. This position includes:
- A negotiable full-time or part-time schedule, designed to fit your needs.
* Full-time person will need to see adults too. - A core requirement of at least six (6) weekly appointments during peak after-school hours (start times at 3:30 PM, 4:15 PM, or 5:00 PM).
- Flexibility in choosing which days those appointments fall on—allowing you to build a personalized schedule around those core hours.
- A negotiable full-time or part-time schedule, designed to fit your needs.
- Mentorship Program for new graduates and professional development for experienced clinicians.
- Sub-specialization opportunities in areas of pediatric interest.
- In-house physician referrals—no need to market yourself.
- Continuing Education Support: CE allowance and full reimbursement for license/certification renewals.
- Competitive Compensation: $70k-104k, dependent on applicant’s qualifications, experience, and employment type (part-time or full-time).
