We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong background in healthcare. The day‑to‑day duties include planning and preparing meals, helping clients with mobility around or outside the house, and providing personal hygiene assistance.

$17.22/hr – $19.22/hr

Rate of pay: $17.22 – $19.22

Shift differentials: $3.65/hr for hours worked between 3 PM‑7 AM. Weekend premium, PTO benefits, tuition and student‑loan reimbursement, hiring bonus, referral bonus, response pay (additional $15 for picking up a 4‑hour shift within 72 hrs), health insurance (including Blessing Be Well At Work Program), dental, vision, 401(k), employee assistance program, holiday premium, paid bereavement, discounted meals.

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or accidents (showering, bathing, dressing, eating).
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility.
• Help with physical therapy exercises.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Offer activities essential for daily living by assisting patients with meals.

• Enjoy working in a one‑on‑one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation everyday.
• Validated ability to act compassionately and supportively.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• Must be certified as a CNA in Illinois.
• Take pride in providing high‑quality care.
• Hoyer Lift experience (specific to client).
