PAY RATE: $30.78–$46.17 per hour
SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: $3.50 per hour if applicable
SIGN‑ON BONUS: Up to $10,000

This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of technical service delivery in histology and for the consistent production of high‑quality histological preparations. The role requires providing services to all age populations, from neonate to geriatric, with an understanding of functional and developmental age. The section head works closely with Pathologists, the Lab Director, and Lab Management to ensure operational excellence and adherence to the institution’s mission, core values, and patient safety plans.

Education/Training/
Experience:
- Associate's degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science and at least one year of experience, or completion of an approved one‑year program, or equivalent experience.
