This position is responsible for performing assigned support tasks under the direction of the Physical Therapist/Physical Therapy Assistant/Occupational Therapist/COTA/SLP. It involves providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. The employee is expected to demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement/Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.

• High School Diploma or GED
