We are looking to add a partner to our primary care team in our physician-owned, multi-specialty group due to upcoming retirements.

Youll have the freedom to shape your practice:
- Choose outpatient-only or traditional practice if desired
- Focus on patients ages 18+we have a strong pediatric team in place
- Monday - Friday: no weekend requirements
- Most physicians work a 4.5 day workweek, so patients have access 5 days a week
- See approximately 18-20 patients per full clinic day
- Phone call is minimal and triaged, allowing you to prioritize balance
- Opportunity to pursue special interests and engage with students and residents
- Opportunity to pick up extra shifts in urgent care on weekends if desired

Requirements
- MD or DO
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified (AB or AOA)
- Illinois licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Illinois
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $280,000 - $375,000, depending upon the applicants qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity and quality bonuses, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $300,000 - $700,000.
