Team- 13 Family Medicine Physicians
- 6 Internal Medicine Physicians
- 6 Advanced Practice Providers
- Care team of nurses, behavioral health staff, care navigators, social workers, and more
- Flexible scheduling—greater control over daily practice, staffing, and more
- Choose outpatient‑only or traditional practice if desired
- Monday–Friday: no weekend requirements
- Most physicians work a 4.5‑day week, so patients have access 5 days a week
- Minimal phone calls, triaged to prioritize resident balance

- Compensation range: total potential compensation up to $700,000. Base range for this position is $280,000 — $375,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional productivity and quality bonuses, sign‑on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus may bring total target cash compensation between $300,000 — $700,000.
