• Compensation range: total potential compensation up to $700,000. Base range for this position is $280,000 — $375,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional productivity and quality bonuses, sign‑on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus may bring total target cash compensation between $300,000 — $700,000.
