Receptionist

Shottenkirk Automotive Group is family-owned and has been in business for over 60 years. We currently operate 29 Automotive Dealerships in 7 states and employ over 2,500 people. The front desk receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers coming into our store. They have an outgoing personality who are easy to talk to and converse with on any issues regarding our customers’ needs. This employee must have great phone etiquette and a pleasant demeanor when conversing with customers and/or our business partners over the phone; and be ready to work in a positive work environment with co-workers.

They are punctual team players and enthusiastic about helping our company succeed by providing great customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting and assisting visitors
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
