Senior Recruiter – Temporary Division - Three Bridges Recruitment

Temporary recruitment is growing at Three Bridges, and we’re ready for someone to take real ownership of it.

This is a new position. It’s an opportunity for an experienced temp recruiter to build and grow a desk that’s already moving in the right direction, with the freedom to run it properly and the backing to do it well.

We’re a specialist accountancy & finance recruitment business built on long-standing relationships, repeat work, and trust.

No layers of management. No pointless KPIs. No micromanagement.

You’ll work closely with the founders, in a small, supportive team where decisions are made quickly and contribution genuinely matters.

This role is designed for recruiters who think like future business owners, but don’t want the isolation or financial exposure of going it alone.

You’ll have the autonomy to run your desk like a business:

If you’ve ever thought "I could do this better myself", but know now isn’t the time to go solo, this role is built with you in mind.

This isn’t a cold desk. You’ll be responsible for growing an existing temporary recruitment desk across accountancy & finance, including:

• Building and developing temp client relationships
• Winning new business through credibility and delivery
• Attracting and managing a strong pool of immediately available candidates
• Managing pricing, margins, and compliance
• Delivering fast, accurate, high-touch temp solutions

Success here looks like a desk on a clear upward trajectory, clients who come back, and candidates who trust you.

• Proven experience in temporary recruitment (sector experience ideal)
• A strong billing background and commercial mindset
• Confidence operating in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
• Solid knowledge of temp compliance and legislation
• A proactive, organised, and resilient working style

• Realistic earnings of £60,000+ when performing as expected
• Genuine hybrid working with flexible hours
