Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetics of facilities equipment or fixtures;
Inspect, clean, and repair facilities equipment or fixtures; diagnose and document wear and tear; determine replacement needs;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; document expenses and maintenance logs;
Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations and Walmart quality standards; coordinate with contractors and vendors;
Provide timely response to emergency calls and maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities
