Security Officer - Armed Alley Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and the public by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities in a government transportation location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of stations, platforms, entrances, fare areas, parking areas and perimeter spaces to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance and operational concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including crowd control, conflict de-escalation and coordination with site management and local law enforcement;
Carry and handle an assigned firearm and related equipment in accordance with all applicable licensing requirements, post orders and Allied Universal policies, including proper retention, storage and documentation;
Complete detailed reports and logs, monitor alarms and CCTV when assigned, and communicate clearly by radio and/or phone to support timely incident response and post accountability
