Security Officer - Armed Patrol Agent

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to riders, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a government transportation location;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout stations, platforms, entrances, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter areas;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical situations, suspicious activity, and/or service disruptions, and communicate updates to the appropriate parties;
Control access to restricted areas, check identification and/or credentials when required, and monitor for unauthorized entry to help to deter prohibited activity;
Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, preserve observations for follow-up, and coordinate with local law enforcement and/or public agency personnel as directed
