Licensed Practical Nurse / Evening (SNF) - Queens, NY (#25296)
Location: Queens, NY
Employment Type: Full-time (1-year Contract)
Hourly Rate: $47/hr
Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality patient care during evening shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Queens, NY. The ideal candidate will bring compassion and clinical expertise to support our residents' health and well-being.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensure: Active New York State LPN license
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in patient care documentation and medication administration
- Soft Skills: Compassionate caregiver with strong clinical judgment and teamwork abilities
- Other requirements: Must be immune to Hep B
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
