ABA Behavioral Technician (RBT) for ABA Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA therapist to join our team at Kidz Thrive ABA. As an ABA therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD.
ABA Behavioral Technician (RBT) for ABA Responsibilities:
- Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
- Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect data to measure progress
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
- Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
ABA Behavioral Technician (RBT) for ABA Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Mandarin speaking a plus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $26 an hour (based on education and prior work experience)
Schedule:
- Client sessions generally take place during the later afternoon hours and evenings, and are scheduled on most days of the week. Specific days and time vary by client.
