Position Overview

Nor Tek Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of settings. This role supports inpatient and outpatient services, as well as care delivered through contractual partnerships with schools, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. The Physical Therapist will collaborate closely with medical and rehabilitation professionals to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and promote optimal recovery and long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to ensure coordinated care

Provide services across multiple care settings, including hospitals, schools, and long-term care facilities

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) from an accredited program

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of North Dakota (or ability to obtain)

Experience

New graduates are encouraged to apply

Prior experience in acute care, outpatient, school-based, or long-term care settings is a plus but not required

Competitive salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually
