Controller, Finance & Banking, CFO

A well-established Skilled Nursing & Healthcare organization is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee financial operations across multiple facilities. This is a confidential executive-level role for a candidate who brings strong healthcare finance experience and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial statements and regulatory reporting.

• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.

• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Review financial performance of multiple facilities and support strategic decisions.

• Supervise accounting staff and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

• Work closely with auditors, outside accountants, and corporate stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred.

• Prior healthcare or long-term care financial experience required.

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.

• Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting and consolidated reporting.

• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
