Title: Specialist II, Warehouse Operations
Summary:
The Specialist II, Warehouse Operations oversees activity in on-site warehouses as well as outsourced warehouse/logistics providers and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) sites. This role ensures smooth inbound/outbound flows, storage, and inventory control, maintains accuracy through our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and drives operational efficiency via effective coordination with vendors and suppliers while upholding safety standards.
Responsibilities• 1. Inbound/Outbound Operations
- Plan and execute inbound and outbound schedules for in-house and outsourced warehouses
- Process logistics and shipping documentation
- Coordinate daily operations with carriers, logistics providers, and suppliers
- Monitor inventory status and movements through WMS
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain inventory accuracy in line with KPI targets
- Support management of third-party warehouse and logistics providers
- Monitor operational performance, service levels, and costs
- Identify and propose improvement opportunities in lead time, cost, and service quality
- Manage VMI inventory levels in coordination with suppliers
- Share inventory data and support replenishment adjustments
- Address delivery, quantity, and quality-related issues
- Support warehouse layout planning and space utilization improvements
- Improve picking, packing, and material flow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational SOPs
- Support task assignment and daily guidance for warehouse staff
- Provide onboarding and SOP/safety training for new hires and vendor personnel
- Act as a key operational contact to stabilize daily warehouse activities
- Bachelor's Degree in general business, business administration, supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics/vendor management
- Experience working with third‑party logistics providers (3PL), customs brokers, or freight forwarders
- Experience with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations preferred
- Proficient in WMS/ERP, MS Office
- Multi‑task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support and work with Korea HQ and global sites
- Inventory accuracy management, outsourced/VMI operations management
