• Assist in the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store performance.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius and on a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) is required.
