Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T2365)

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales trends, inventory ownership, and guest needs; sort truck freight and move merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support the guest experience.
• Ensure product availability on the floor through priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with signed signage.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests; support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up with compliance to laws.
• Greet guests, engage to solve needs, and thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently or with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and multitasking within time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; scan, move merchandise safely; able to lift up to 15 pounds routinely and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Flexible schedule; reliable attendance; able to work in varying temperatures and environments.
