Production Engineer II

Insight Global is looking for a Production Engineer to join a growing team in the Advanced Manufacturing Industry. This role involves performing engineering activities focused on improving Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery metrics, while regularly reporting performance and implementing improvement plans. Responsibilities include addressing quality issues promptly, analyzing production data to identify and resolve recurring problems, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to maintain equipment and prevent downtime.

Additionally, the position requires updating standard documentation and recording lessons learned to ensure continuous process improvement and risk mitigation. This role can pay between 95-118K based on an evaluation of relevant YOE and education level. This role included annual bonuses and relocation packages.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in process engineering for production environment
Ability to troubleshoot at the equipment level
Large Chemical Batching (Slurry)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Advanced Manufacturing or Semiconductor equipment experience
Fluent in Korean and English
