Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Construction Project Coordinator located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and managing project documentation. Duties include assisting with budget tracking, ensuring project compliance with safety and quality standards, facilitating communication between teams, and supporting the successful completion of construction projects on time and within scope.

This role requires a keen attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Project Coordination and Budgeting
  • Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
  • Knowledge and expertise in Project Management principles
  • Ability to manage timelines, resources, and documentation efficiently
  • Proficiency in construction software and tools
  • Effective communication and organizational skills to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Familiarity with safety and quality standards in commercial construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
