We are seeking a dedicated Sales Leader to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role located in Queen Creek, AZ, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, meeting revenue targets, developing client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to maximize customer engagement. The Sales Leader will also collaborate with management to strategically identify new opportunities, monitor team performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery while representing the company’s values and commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams effectively
• Excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in using sales management software and tools
• Flexibility to work on-site in Queen Creek, AZ, and availability to manage a full-time schedule
• Previous experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
