• Appliquer les mesures ordonnées par la cour ou entendu dans l’entente sur des mesures volontaires;
• Rencontrer les parents et les enfants suivis en protection;
• Élaborer et réviser le plan d’intervention;
• Organiser et superviser des visites entre parents et enfants;
• Rédiger divers rapports (évolution de la situation/fermeture de dossier/pour le tribunal);
• Accompagner les familles vers les services requis, fait des références personnalisées au besoin;
• Établir les collaborations nécessaires avec les partenaires internes et externes dans les réalisations de son mandat;
• Compléter les tâches clinico-administratives reliées à ses fonctions.

Recognized as a facilitator of change and continuous improvement, you will be responsible for defining orientations, objectives, and priorities of the direction related to the principles of prioritization of services in accordance with the directions taken by the Ungava Tulattavik Health Center.

• Doit détenir un premier diplôme universitaire terminal en sciences humaines tel que : service social, criminologie, psychologie, psychoéducation;
  Must withhold a first terminal University Diploma in Human Sciences in:
  Social Services, Criminology, Psychology, Psycho‑Education;
• En l’absence de candidature ARH répondant à l’ensemble des exigences du poste, un candidat possédant une technique dans une discipline appropriée (ex. : travail social, éducation spécialisée, intervention en délinquance, etc.) pourra être considéré;
  If a technician candidate is selected, the applicable salary scale will be the one that corresponds to his/her level of education;
• Formation en intervention interculturelle ou en médiation interculturelle un atout;
  Training in intercultural intervention or mediation an asset;
• Avoir une connaissance théorique et pratique de la Loi sur la protection de la jeunesse et du concept de protection;
  Have a practical and theoretical knowledge of Youth Protection Act and the concept of protection;
• Posséder une bonne expérience de l’intervention selon la LPJ;
  Have a good experience in intervention according to the YPA;
• Maîtrise du français, très bonne connaissance de l’anglais (parlé et écrit); la connaissance de l’inuktitut est un atout:
  Fluency in French, very good knowledge of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset;
• Capacité de s’adapter à un milieu et à une culture différente;
  Ability to adapt to a different culture and environ ment;
• Sensibilités aux enjeux liés à l’intervention en contexte nordique;
  Sensitivity to issues related to intervention in a northern context;
• Connaissance et compréhension des principales problématiques associées à la clientèle Inuit en fonction de la LPJ et s’investir dans l’apprentissage et le développement de compétences liés à cette intervention en contexte nordique;
  Knowledge and understanding of the main issues associated with the Inuit clientele according to the YPA and be committed to learning and developing skills related to this intervention in a northern context;
• Connaissance et compréhension des stades, des processus et des points de repère du développement normal de l’enfant de 0 à 18 ans;
  Knowledge and understanding of the stages, processes and benchmarks of normal child development from 0 to 18 years of age;
• Connaissance et capacité d’application des différentes approches utilisées auprès des jeunes et de leur famille;
  Knowledge and ability to apply the various approaches used with children/youth and their families;
• Sens de l’analyse et de la synthèse et bonne capacité de rédaction;
  Sense of analysis and synthesis and good writing skills;
• Capacité d’adaptation et de gestion des priorités;
  Ability to adapt and manage priorities;
• Capacité de travailler en équipe;
