Customer Service Representative – Académie Dectro

Académie Dectro is looking for a Customer Service Representative at its Quebec City school. If you love aesthetic care, education, advising and interacting with customers, this job is for you! • Advising and selling our training programs and treatments to customers
• Meeting with students (interviews, visits)
• Handling course registrations and preparing student files
• Scheduling appointments for treatments (models)
• Responding to phone calls and emails
• Preparing orders
• Various administrative tasks
• Assisting the existing team

• Training in office administration or sales, or equivalent experience
• Training in aesthetics, cosmetology, or electrolysis would be an asset
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
• Familiarity with Acomba software would be an asset
• Ability to build relationships with customers, work in a team
• Proficiency in both English and French, both spoken and written

• Full-time, long-term employment
  
  Work schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday 37h30 hours/week
