Overview

As An Account Manager, Your Primary Mandate Will Be To Manage And Develop a Client Portfolio While Collaborating With Internal Teams To Ensure The Quality And Profitability Of Projects.

- Agir comme défenseur et porte-parole du client à l’interne afin de maintenir le taux d’engagement de ces clients.
- Comprendre les objectifs des clients, comprendre leurs besoins et leur proposer des solutions adaptées en collaborant avec les chargés de soumission ainsi que nos experts techniques.
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente et de génération d’opportunités.
- Gérer le cycle de vente complet, de la prise de contact jusqu’à la signature du contrat.
- Gérer les problématiques ou demandes particulières post-vente, en collaborant étroitement avec les chargés de projet et en s’appuyant sur les ressources internes de l’entreprise.
- Faciliter le développement de notre offre croisée de services des 4 unités d’affaires (automation, fabrication, électrique et robotique).
- Développer des stratégies de vente et des plans d’action pour atteindre les objectifs de l’unité d’affaires fixés (volume, marges, etc.).
- Mener des activités de réseautage, de veille et de recherche pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
- Effectuer des présentations et représenter l’unité d’affaire lors d’évènement.
- Préparer des soumissions de petite envergure et participer activement à celles plus complexes avec les chargés de soumission.
- Présenter les offres de services, devis et propositions commerciales convaincantes.
- Négocier les conditions contractuelles pour conclure des ententes avantageuses et durables.
- Maintenir à jour les données clients afin de soutenir le processus de vente et la planification des ressources.

- Develop and maintain a portfolio of prospects to achieve our annual sales targets.
- Conduct networking, monitoring, and research activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer them tailored solutions.
- Give presentations and analyze customer needs.
- Support the team in business development activities (tenders, client presentations).
- Actively participate in meetings related to business development and designated projects to manage issues, follow up on actions, and evaluate progress.
- Offer the best solutions to our customers by collaborating with our technical experts.
- Manage a portfolio of active and potential customer accounts.
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve set objectives (volume, margins, etc.).
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Facilita te the development of our cross-selling of services across the four business units (automation, manufacturing, electrical, and robotics).
- Develop competitive service offerings and close sales.
- Prepare and present compelling service offerings, quotes, and sales proposals.
- Support bids for small and medium-sized projects.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure advantageous and sustainable agreements.
- Ensure projects are transferred to the implementation teams and monitor their progress.
- Work closely with production, project managers, and the engineering department to ensure the feasibility and profitability of the proposed solutions.
- Regularly communicate developments in opportunities and orders within the Automation sales governance structure.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain a relationship of trust with signed customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for future development.
