We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Regional Sales Representative to support and grow our dealer network across Eastern Canada while representing our brand with professionalism, technical expertise, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers through regular visits and ongoing communication.
- Provide technical support, system design guidance, and product education to dealer partners.
- Expand our dealer network by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new dealers in strategic markets.
- Assess dealer performance, develop realistic sales quotas, and collaborate on action plans to meet growth targets.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews with dealers and maintain up-to-date reporting on opportunities and market activity.
- Manage all sales functions required to support and complete dealer purchases.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional programs, and brand-building activities.
- Ensure equal and effective representation of all Contact Distribution product lines within the territory.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports, including scheduled dealer visits, activity outcomes, and work-in-progress updates for each manufacturer.
- Attend trade shows, seminars, and industry events as required.
- Maintain organized and current dealer support materials, including literature, pricing, and product updates.
- Represent Contact Distribution with professionalism and integrity while supporting our business objectives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company strategies, operations, and internal information.
- Experience in professional audio, AV integration, distribution, or a related technical field (asset).
- Proven success in territory sales, account management, or dealer network development.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn diverse product lines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
- Ability to travel throughout the territory on a regular basis.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
