Salary: $44,000 - $46,000.

We are currently recruiting for a results-oriented Retail Representative to represent our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your retail sales experience in a strategic way through direct sales, merchandising, and POS placement. As a member of our sales team, you will call on clients in the Grocery, Gas & Convenience Retail Channel to communicate and execute sales and merchandising strategies, promotions, and guidelines.

You are accountable for driving results by identifying volume opportunities, providing excellent customer service, supplying product information, and ensuring product dominance and distribution.

• Provide sales merchandising coverage and coverage of retail special projects for an assigned territory through in-store execution of client priorities and objectives.
• Handheld reporting.
• New item placement.
• Maintain 100% distribution of existing items.
• Ensure adherence to shelving guidelines and planograms.
• Conduct pricing audits.
• Build displays and place point-of-sale material.
• Build relationships with store personnel.
• Negotiate product placement.
• Communicate client information and sell promotions.

• Prior territory retail sales experience is preferred.
• Available to work Monday to Friday.
• Regular access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements.
• Strong communication skills in French.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Computer literate and comfortable using digital technology (handheld, camera, etc.).
• Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs, stand, bend, and reach on a daily basis.
• Able to drive for extended periods of time.
• Ability to store sample products and rack items.
• Access to high-speed Internet.
