We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager

Job status: Full time / Permanent

• Assist the Store Manager in store operations (purchasing, inventory, cashiering, cost management, etc.) and replace him/her as needed.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by staff.
• Advise and serve customers.
• Collaborate in purchasing, inventory management and store equipment.
• Ensure staff compliance with product marketing, quality, hygiene and sanitation standards set by Première Moisson.

• General knowledge of retail food store or restaurant operations (minimum 2 years' experience in these fields an asset)
• Relevant knowledge of sales techniques, customer service and human resources management
• French spoken and written - Mandatory
• Spoken English is an asset
• Organized, dynamic leader, focused on customer satisfaction, results and teamwork
• Autonomy
• Respect for standards and rules
• Punctual
