Le candidat idéal dispose d'un DEC en Techniques de génie mécanique ou d'un DEP en usinage, et possède 3 à 5 ans d'expérience. Les compétences en géométrie, en lecture de plan ainsi que l'anglais fonctionnel sont nécessaires.
