The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a passion for bringing structure to complex initiatives. You are not only a strategist, but also prepared to personally manage all aspects, from content strategy to daily execution. This individual will collaborate closely with multiple executives and internal teams to deliver a best‑in‑class program. This candidate must be adept at managing the social media activities of multiple leaders, navigating a complex business environment, and demonstrating exceptional judgment, discretion, and political savvy in a fast‑paced executive setting.

What you’ll do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all social media inquiries and initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with our executive team on a regular basis.
  • Develop content and engagement strategy for each leader based on business priorities, key themes, and personal interests.
  • Ghostwrite, and execute all social media content, capturing their unique, authentic voices and aligning their narratives with overarching business goals.
  • Measure program impact and tailor content strategy based on learnings.
  • Proactively monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant conversations, identifying strategic opportunities for our executives to engage and lead the discussion.
What you’ll bring:
  • Communications professional with 5+ years of experience in social media or corporate communications, with at least 3+ years dedicated specifically to managing executive social media presence.
  • World‑class ghostwriting, copywriting, and editorial skills, with a proven ability to capture and adapt to multiple, distinct executive voices.
  • Unimpeachable discretion, confidentiality, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build strong, advisory relationships and manage complex dynamics with C‑level stakeholders, acting with confidence, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape, particularly Linked In, with a point of view on how to leverage channels for thought leadership.
  • Data‑driven problem solver with a clear perspective on how to measure success and demonstrate the business value of social media programs.
  • Cross‑collaborative by nature, you can quickly build relationships and are excited to build this new function while integrating it into the broader team strategy.
