The Regulatory Compliance Manager plays a key project management role, leading the coordination of compliance milestones, tracking project progress, and ensuring the successful delivery of client outcomes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives on managing timelines, expectations, and results across multiple client engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage compliance projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Serve as the primary project manager and point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement turnkey compliance program plans, tools, and workflows tailored to each project’s unique needs.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate evidence databases to support client audits and reporting requirements.
- Track progress against compliance milestones and proactively resolve project issues and risks.
- Collaborate with management to support continual improvement of services, tools, and internal processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English (required)
- Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, task tracking, and follow-through.
- Proven experience in professional services and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to make informed decisions independently.
- Comfortable working in both independent and collaborative team environments.
- Proficient in project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced).
- PMP certification or experience with formal project management methodologies (an asset).
- Results-driven, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client files simultaneously.
- Primarily remote, with occasional on-site project visits and client meetings.
