Vice‑President, ETF Business Development – Quebec
Join Franklin Templeton as a senior leader driving growth of our ETF product suite throughout Canada. This role partners with distribution channels and investment advisors to generate, retain and expand assets in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities- Partner with Canadian retail distribution teams to generate and retain ETF assets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key advisory clients, leveraging local sales resources.
- Educate and collaborate with distribution colleagues to enhance awareness of Franklin Templeton’s ETF offerings.
- Provide value‑added presentations to advisors and other audiences on ETF topics.
- Maintain accurate activity logs in the contact management system and work with Sales Management on cross‑functional initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, sales or product/investment roles within the investment industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETFs, in sales, product or investment functions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CIMA or CFA preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑driven, capable of building and managing key internal and external relationships.
- Strong investment acumen and background.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable with extensive travel.
- French and English bilingual;
French a must.
- 5+ years in a consulting or sales role within the investment industry.
- 5+ years of ETF experience in sales, product or investment roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CIMA or CFA preferred.

- Experience developing and implementing sales and marketing business plans.
- Strong investment acumen and background.

Base salary range: CAD $135,000 – $155,000 per year, plus discretionary annual bonus and recognition rewards.
