DESCRIPTION:
Jazz Lebourgneuf, a friendly private seniors' residence, is currently seeking a part-time Maintenance and Heavy Maintenance Worker.
Responsibilities include apartment renovations and resident requisitions, as well as other related tasks such as flooring installation, painting, and plastering.
Schedule:
2 days/week
Salary: $23.71 to $24.02 per hour
ROLE AND
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean entryways and common areas
Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
Maintain and clean the premises
Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good communication
No experience necessary
