Reporting to the Vice President National Property Eastern Region, you will establish and foster broker and customer relationships while underwriting a profitable renewal portfolio of complex, large property customers with revenues exceeding $300M. Supported by a dedicated local team of Underwriting Associates, Risk Engineers, Multinational Service Specialists, and an industry leading claims team.

• Souscrire un portefeuille complexe d'assurances des biens, y compris la modélisation des exposés de catastrophes naturelles.
• Utiliser et évaluer des données à travers des outils de souscription, y compris la modélisation des catastrophes naturelles.
• Préparer des sou missions, structurer des programmes et offrir des propositions conformes aux directives.
• Interpréter les rapports d’ingénierie des risques et les recommandations associées.
• Assurer la certitude contractuelle des sou missions et des libellés de polices émis.
• Saisir et maintenir les informations sur les risques dans nos systèmes internes pour garantir l'intégrité des données.
• Établir des relations de confiance avec les courtiers et les clients dans divers segments de l’industrie.
• Constituer un portefeuille de nouvelles affaires cibles avec des partenaires de courtage clés.
• Collaborer et encourager l'implication des domaines fonctionnels dans le processus de souscription (ingénierie des risques, sinistres, actuariat, finance, distribution et autres lignes d’affaire).
• Fournir des conseils techniques, une assistance et une formation aux souscripteurs de niveau inférieur. Agir en tant que mentor.
