We are currently partnering with a large Quebec-based organization operating in the industrial sector , recognized for the complexity and importance of its operations. The organization is actively pursuing its digital transformation and relies on a modern SAP environment to support its business processes.
This role acts as a strategic bridge between the HR teams and SAP systems , ensuring proper solution configuration and the continuous evolution of organizational processes.
Your Role
You will be responsible for supporting HR teams in the analysis, optimization, and configuration of processes supported by SAP S/4
HANA (HCM), Success Factors, and Concur .
The position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand operational realities and translate these needs into concrete system configurations and improvements.
The role combines functional analysis, SAP configuration, and user support .
Key Responsibilities
Business and Functional Analysis
Gather and analyze business requirements from HR teams
Document processes and write functional specifications
Translate operational needs into configurable SAP solutions
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team
SAP HR Configuration
Configure and optimize HR modules in SAP S/4
HANA (HCM)
Configure rules related to compensation, schedules, and benefits
Adapt system configurations based on collective agreements and organizational changes
Participate in the configuration and support of Success Factors and Concur
Support and User Enablement
Provide functional support to HR users
Participate in testing and validation phases for system changes
Train users and promote adoption of the solutions
Governance and Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes
Contribute to the ongoing optimization of SAP systems
Maintain clear documentation of configurations and system changes
Profile
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in functional analysis or SAP HR configuration
Excellent skills in french is mendatory
Experience with SAP S/4
HANA (HCM)
Experience with Success Factors and Concur
Experience in complex organizational environments ( unionized environments are a strong asset )
Ability to handle both functional analysis and system configuration
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business users
Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset

Permanent position ( 37.5 hours per week )
