As a Senior Advisor – Data, Data Architecture and Data Modeling, you will play a key role in supporting organizational units in the deployment of data architecture and data modeling frameworks, while actively contributing to the transformation and innovation of data management practices across the organization.

• Define and document the enterprise conceptual data model and its transformation into specific types of data models (logical and/or physical models aligned with best practices), based on the scope of the project or use case
• Define, document, and deploy data architecture and data modeling patterns, standards, and tools in the form of reusable accelerators for project teams
• Support project teams by providing guidance, training, and awareness; act as a liaison to promote knowledge sharing and best practices
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment across architecture disciplines and consistency with enterprise data architectures

• Is known for their strong knowledge of data management and governance frameworks and standards (DAMA DMBOK, DCAM, TOGAF), as well as reference architecture frameworks for data products
• Stands out for their mastery of data architecture and modeling tools (ERwin, Power Designer, Sparx EA) and solid knowledge of relational and No
  
  SQL databases
• Demonstrates strong ability to simplify and explain complex concepts, combined with influential leadership that fosters stakeholder buy-in
• Is recognized for their results- and quality-oriented mindset, as well as the ability to deliver high value-added solutions
• Has 5 years of experience in data architecture; hands-on experience in conceptual architecture and transformation into solutions in complex environments
• Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in conceptual data modeling and transformation into logical and physical models in complex environments — transactional systems, data lakes, data warehouses (e.g., Data Vault), data marts (dimensional), and APIs (JSON schema); hands-on experience in data modeling
• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
