Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT), the position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation and execution of IT‑OT processes, including associated internal controls. They ensure their consistent integration into day-to-day operations and with corporate stakeholders. They play a key role in monitoring internal controls, identifying discrepancies, documentation, and training to support consistent application and continuous improvement of the IT‑OT governance framework.

Governance and process optimization (50‑60%)
- Review, harmonize, and optimize IT/OT processes.
- Consolidate and prioritize requests in the various ticketing tools and systems.
- Automate processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Structure roles, responsibilities, and operational models.
- Act as a process specialist and change agent.
- Monitor action plans and commitments related to processes.
- Analyze trends and recommend adjustments.
- Support teams in preparing for audits and compliance.
- Gather the needs of IT/OT teams and lead projects aimed at governance, process optimization, and compliance requirements.
- Document, communicate, and train teams on processes.
- Understand and implement regulatory frameworks (SOX, ITGC, NERC‑CIP, NIST, ITIL).
- Plan and coordinate audit activities in the IT department in collaboration with internal and external auditors.
- Produce indicators and dashboards to monitor department compliance.
- Analyze and incorporate user feedback and auditor comments to fuel the continuous improvement process.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of IT/OT environments and governance frameworks.
- Good knowledge of risk management.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a position related to the role.
- An asset:
- Experience with operational technologies.
- Relevant certification (ITIL, IT security, compliance, etc.).
- JIRA/CONFLUENCE project management and documentation application.
- Experience in IT‑OT project management.
- Knowledge of NERC‑CIP compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, administration, engineering, project management, business management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power
BI and Microsoft Office 365 software. - Bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) required to ensure collaboration with various stakeholders outside Quebec on a recurring basis.
- The position is based at the company's head office in Longueuil, steps away from the Longueuil‑Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
- This position is a P3 level.
