We are seeking a bilingual Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital experience projects. You will be the central hub for our clients, internal creative and technical teams, and external partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep passion for AV technology, a proven track record in managing budgets and timelines, and the ability to navigate client relationships with professionalism and trust in both English and French.

• Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and strategic objectives are clearly understood and met.
• Foster strong, long-term client relationships through transparent communication, professionalism, and consistent delivery.
• Clearly and regularly communicate project status, risks, and milestones to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the "voice of the client" within the internal team, advocating for their needs while managing expectations based on technical and budgetary realities.
• Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure) for multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation charts.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, directly impacting the company's profitability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively; formulate and execute contingency plans.
• Identify and formally document out-of-scope requests, managing the change order process with clients.
• Source, manage, and negotiate pricing and contracts with hardware suppliers, software vendors, distributors, and installation partners.
• Develop detailed scopes of work for external installers and technical teams, coordinating their efforts to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the internal technical team to research, test, and validate new AV technologies and proposed solutions for client projects.
• Read and interpret architectural, electrical, and design drawings (e.g., AutoCAD, Blueprints) to advise on feasibility and suggest custom design solutions.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle, from design conception to final installation and client sign-off.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and software developers to ensure the final product aligns with the client's brand image and operational requirements.
• Develop, implement, and refine project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Experience:
  
  5-10 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within digital marketing, technology integration, AV, or a related field.
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and verbal) is mandatory. This is required for client communication, contract management, and team coordination in Quebec.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Design, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field. PMP or other formal PM certification is a strong asset.
• Technical Acumen:
  Strong understanding of audiovisual technologies, digital signage, content management systems, and software development life cycles. Ability to quickly learn and assess new technologies.
• Financial Management:
  Demonstrated experience creating and managing project budgets exceeding $50k, with a strong focus on profitability.
• Tools Proficiency:
  Expert-level proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, , MS Project) and the Microsoft Office/Google Workspace suites.
