What you’ll accomplish with us

As an IT Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Manage employees’ electronic identities and access across multiple platforms, including the management of identity life cycles, entitlements, and business roles, in compliance with regulatory standards applicable to financial institutions, notably within IBM Mainframe (RACF on z/OS).
  • Lead compliance-related approval requests, produce access reports, perform resource provisioning across various platforms, and ensure the correction of user profiles and access rights.
  • Handle and follow up on access-related support tickets, keep tickets up to date by documenting interactions, and contribute to the continuous enrichment of the knowledge base.
  • Participate in operational support activities by executing corrective actions required to restore services during incidents, processing service requests, and contributing to root cause analysis.
  • Perform technical tasks within the scope of maintenance, monitoring and production surveillance, system evolution or delivery for systems under your responsibility, including participation in deployments and the analysis of impacts and risks related to technical changes.
  • Produce, maintain, and update technical documentation (procedures, operating guides, incident response and test plans, scripts), assess effort and timelines for assigned tasks, contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, and participate in projects by providing technical guidance to designers, solution architects, analysts, and developers.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their rigor and strong planning and prioritization skills, enabling them to effectively manage multiple requests and IT environments.
  • Stands out for their experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including proficiency with Active Directory and Azure AD environments, as well as subscription management.
  • Demonstrates strong technical expertise in access and role management, including a solid understanding of the creation and operation of business roles.
  • Is recognized for their knowledge of complex environments, notably IBM Mainframe (RACF on z/OS), and their ability to ensure secure and compliant access management.
  • The following knowledge will be considered an asset: ITIL, Agile, LEAN, development lifecycle, Dev Ops, Power Shell.
  • Holds a college-level diploma in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
  • Intermediate level of English and French both spoken and written.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 47 544 and 96094$ CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
