Une entreprise de protection des consommateurs recherche un(e) expert(e) en sinistres bilingue pour évaluer et résoudre les réclamations d'assurance. Ce rôle exige des compétences d’enquête avancées et une conformité aux réglementations. Les candidats doivent avoir au minimum 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans ce domaine, ainsi qu'une connaissance approfondie du droit assurantiel. Travailler dans un environnement de soutien, le candidat contribuera à améliorer l’expérience client tout en dirigeant son équipe.
