What You’ll Accomplish With UsAs a Senior Business Data Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Define and execute the data strategy and roadmap for the Customer Experience, Marketing and Products division.
- Create value‑added analyses for clients, advisors, and internal teams.
- Build a holistic vision of the customer experience to identify actionable levers that maximize engagement and retention.
- Enhance data capabilities to support business priorities.
- Develop dashboards, update key performance indicators (KPIs), and create data environments and governance processes in collaboration with the Data Governance and Analytics team, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Is recognized for their ability to drive data strategies and influence in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Stands out for their expertise in analytics and ability to transform complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrates strong skills in simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Combines strategic leadership with strong tactical execution capabilities.
- Has 10 years of experience in group solutions, data analytics, or customer experience, with a solid understanding of the insurance and group savings business domain.
- Possesses an advanced level of French proficiency, as the role requires presenting analyses and recommendations to key internal stakeholders in French on a regular basis.
