Conseiller.ère talent – Borea Construction
Position within Borea Construction’s renewable energy portfolio, recruiting talent for solar and wind projects across Quebec.
MissionRecruit and build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and enhance recruitment practices to support the growth of renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full cycle recruitment for assigned groups, from needs assessment to onboarding.
- Act as recruitment advisor on process and market insights.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a high‑quality experience.
- Advocate our employer brand at events and partnerships.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment tools and strategies.
- Support special HR projects and other related tasks as needed.
- Post‑secondary degree in Human Resources or related field.
