How You Contribute To Our World

Reporting to the Project Geologists, you will have the opportunity to ensure follow‑ups of the drilling and exploration field operations. Your primary duties will be:

  • Produce drilling logs, maps, and 3D follow‑up of drillings
  • Participate in data validation and drill planning, ensuring safe drilling and compliance with environmental procedures
  • Assist in the handling of drill boxes with the loggers at the core library and the exploration technicians
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Geology, Earth Science, or Geological Engineering
  • Member of the Ordre des géologues du Québec (OGQ) or Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or in the process of becoming one (intern or candidate to the profession)
  • Basic computer skills, knowledge of 2D and 3D software (QGIS, Datamine, Leapfrog, DHLogger) and a facility to learn new software
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Working knowledge of English is an asset
  • Work experience in mineral exploration is an asset
