The opportunity

In this position, you’ll drive sourcing excellence, enhance supplier partnerships, and influence large‑scale projects that power industries and communities.
You’ll work at the intersection of supply chain, engineering, sales and project delivery—anticipating risks, identifying opportunities, and unlocking value for the business. Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
Negotiate commercial agreements, terms, and pricing with key contractors.
Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers focused on quality, delivery, cost and sustainability.
Lead supplier performance reviews and share insights with business partners.
Perform benchmark studies and drive cost‑out initiatives.
Adapt and manage contract frameworks to meet local business needs.
Identify and mitigate contractual and execution risks for assigned projects.
Support global and regional sourcing initiatives with cross‑functional teams.
Your backgroundExperience in E&C, procurement, or sourcing of mid‑ to large‑scale contracts (USD 2–10M).
Strong understanding of contractual frameworks, risk management, and turnkey models.
Technical background or knowledge of E&C within the power or infrastructure sectors.
Proficiency in category management tools (e.g., SWOT, Kraljic Matrix, market analysis).
Skilled with procurement and quality methodologies;
Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with limited information.
