Liaison between customers and the company. Internal coordinator for sales services. Provide customer service, support and solutions to customers. Entry of orders dans SAP. The candidate will work with the logistics team. Bilingual (French and English).

• Order entry & updates
• Create and complete the delivery of trade orders
• Responsible for all order related communications externally (customer) and internally
• Maintain an open line of communication with our clients and direct them towards the proper resources for questions
• Generate and present reports (open order, critical delivery, etc.)
• Lead the weekly New Orders meeting
• Compile data and prepare weekly reports
• Keep the delivery board up to date
• Assist in the Annual Customer Survey process
• Coordinate logistics requirements for on time delivery
• Correspond with customs teams, other shippers, and carriers to ensure goods are properly handled
• Schedule delivery appointments when necessary
• Organize the return of failed bushings in accordance to the specification in iTrend
• Coordinate deliveries and contracting
