Overview
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) technicien(ne) aux comptes payables pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Responsabilités- Faire la vérification et la comptabilisation des factures;
- Préparer les quittances des sous-traitants;
- Valider les états de compte;
- Effectuer le classement, les copies et la numérisation des documents;
- Préparer et transmettre les contrats de sous-traitance;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.
- DEC, DEP ou AEC en administration ou toute autre combinaison d’expérience et de formation équivalente;
- Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Office :
Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc.; - Connaissance du logiciel Maestro (un atout);
- Excellent français parlé et écrit.
