Night Auditor position at Germain H f4tels focused on accounting tasks, guest services, and on-site security during the night. The role involves managing check-ins/check-outs and ensuring smooth communications with the next morning b;s team and other departments.

• Perform all night audit accounting tasks, including reconciling deposits, resolving account chargebacks and producing reports.
• Ensure the security of the premises during the night, which means knowing how to make important decisions in the event of an emergency.
• Check-in and check-out guests, verify and detail them, and ensure that internal activities run smoothly so that communication with the next morning's work team and colleagues in other departments always runs smoothly.

• Hotel or accounting background, an asset
• Night Auditor experience, an asset
• Ability to handle unexpected situations creatively and professionally
• Autonomy, sense of organization, responsibility, and initiative - essential
