ISR Analysts to support Marine Corps Intelligence Activity mission requirements focused on foreign military C4

ISR capabilities, military deception, and adversary kill-chain/kill-web analysis.

This position directly supports Marine Corps operational intelligence priorities impacting maritime, expeditionary, and joint-force missions.

• Conduct all-source analysis of foreign military C4
  
  ISR capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities.
• Analyze foreign military exercises, modernization efforts, and operational doctrine.
• Assess ISR sensors, networks, architecture, nodes, targeting systems, and early‑warning capabilities.
• Analyze ELINT signals and associated emitters.
• Monitor C4
  
  ISR acquisition trends and evaluate impact to U.S. military operations.
• Conduct temporal analysis of ISR and early‑warning system development.

• Analyze adversary deception efforts designed to manipulate U.S. intelligence collection and perception.
• Assess foreign counter-ISR and counter‑collection activities across intelligence disciplines.

• Conduct research and analysis of adversary kill chains and targeting architectures.
• Produce intelligence assessments, graphics, and sensor‑to‑shooter timelines.
• Identify analytic gaps and support collection requirements development.
• Deliver timely intelligence products aligned with production plans and ad‑hoc requests.

• TS/SCI clearance
• Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis
• Knowledge of foreign military C4
  
  ISR or ISR systems
• Experience producing formal intelligence products
• Strong analytic writing and briefing skills
• Ability to synthesize SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, HUMINT reporting

• 3+ years relevant intelligence analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

• 8+ years C4
  
  ISR / ISR / military systems analysis
• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community missions

• 12+ years intelligence analysis experience
• Deep expertise in foreign military C4
  
  ISR architectures and targeting systems
• Experience reviewing analytic products and mentoring analysts

• MCIA, NGA, ONI, DIA experience
• China / INDOPACOM military analysis
• ELINT or technical ISR analysis
Naval or expeditionary warfare systems
• Kill‑chain or sensor‑to‑shooter analysis
