ResponsibilitiesObsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking an Assessments Analyst (PTOC) to examine and assess the organization, identify, recommend solutions, and draft procedures for improvement. The analyst observes and secures information by assessing customers, processes, and reports, then analyzes this information to determine the relevant data and methods to be used to analyze, define, and record the results and recommendations in a reporting format.
Requirements- Selected personnel will have an adjudicated clearance and access up to TS/SCI security clearance.
- Senior staff planning experience in Joint Operations Planning Process and the Marine Corps Planning Process at the Marine Division, Wing, or MLG staff.
- Experience conducting tactical and operational level planning at the conceptual, functional and detailed levels for service and functional component organizations, as well as joint headquarters organizations; completion of an appropriate level of professional military education such as Intermediate/Top Level School (ILS/TLS).
- Knowledge of, and operational experience, deploying and employing ground combat, aviation, supporting arms, and combat service support units and related equipment.
- Knowledge of, and operational experience, with military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships at the operational command level.
- SME Level – Master’s Degree or equivalent with 7+ years direct relevant experience.
- Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Normal office environment.
- Approximately 15-20%, primarily to Camp Lejeune, NC;
Camp Pendleton, CA; and Okinawa, Japan.
