Full Visibility is seeking a C/C++ Software Engineer to work in Quantico, VA. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Windows and Linux-based software applications and systems supporting government-directed collection, processing, and dissemination of lawfully authorized data. The engineer contributes to system-level architecture, performance optimization, and secure deployment of network collection and monitoring platforms in dynamic operational environments.

Responsibilities include network programming, protocol analysis, secure systems development, supporting the design and enhancement of collection systems, developing plugins and protocol filters, building RESTful APIs, and contributing to automation, encryption, and security enforcement solutions. The individual collaborates closely with operational, security, and legal stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet accreditation and legal requirements while maintaining system reliability and performance.

• Active Top Secret Clearance; position may require completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
• Five (5) or more years of technical experience as a software developer or engineer
• Experience implementing design specifications for functional requirements
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python
• Proficiency with network programming
• Experience with C# and .NET framework
• Experience with Ansible, Docker, and containerization
• Experience with implementing security controls
• Familiarity with Linux-based development environments
• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
